To Start
Crab Cakes
Crisp crab cakes in fresh breadcrumbs, presented on mixed leaves, with a lemon & lime mayonnaise dip.
Blue Cheese & Poached Pear Salad (Vegetarian)
Creamy blue Castello, pear poached in white wine, on mixed leaves, topped with walnut oil dressing
Trio of Garlic Mushrooms
Porcini, Chestnut & Oyster mushrooms, pan fried in butter & garlic, wrapped in filo pastry & served with a mushroom, white wine & cream reduction.
Hot Tiger Prawns
Giant tiger prawns, pan fried in olive oil, garlic, lemon & fresh chilli, then finally flamed in brandy. .

To Follow
Tenderloin of Pork in Calvados
Seared pork tenderloin, garnished with a light apple brandy, & cream sauce.
Rack of Lamb
Oven roasted Rack of local Lamb, finely trimmed & complimented with a rosemary & redcurrnt jus.
Roasted Vegetable Quiche ( Vegetarian )
Roasted red pepper, shallots, cherry tomatoes & fresh herbs in a deep filled pastry case, garnished with a sweet pepper & basil sauce.
Fish of the Day
Fresh from the Devon coast. (requests by arrangement)
West Country Fillet
Fine West Country beef fillet, cooked to your taste, complimented by a light a Dijon or black peppercorn sauce.
Hunter Chicken
Oven roasted free range chicken breast served with a rich tomato, mushroom, onion, oregano & red bell pepper sauce.
All Main Courses served with a selection of fresh vegetables & potatoes.

Desserts
Blueberry & Madeira Cheesecake
Mascarpone, fromage frais & a hint of lemon zest, on a biscuit base, served with a blueberry & madeira compote.
Summer fruit Meringues
Layers of crushed meringue, summer fruit compote, organic vanilla ice cream & clotted cream.
Bramley Apple Pancakes
Our own sugar dusted pancakes filled with soft Bramley apples & garnished with quenelles of West Country Clotted Cream.
Lemon Sorbet
A full flavoured sorbet for a light finish to your meal.
Cheese Selection
Three cheeses,celery, apple slices, grapes, walnuts & crackers.

The restaurant is fully licensed, with a varied wine list, local beer from Cotleigh Brewery, soft drinks are also served.
