Individual herb quiche, topped with pepperoni & caramalised onion chutney. Served warm with fresh herbs & leaves.
Mixed garlic mushrooms in filo pastry triangles & a white wine, cream & garlic sauce. ( Vegetarian )
Pan fried scallops on braised fennel & a lime & honey dressing.
Soup, always vegetarian, always changing. ( Vegetarian )
Peeled Tiger prawns, cooked with chilli, garlic, ginger & lemon. Flamed in Brandy & served warm.

Main Course
Pan fried breast of duckling with a plum & Armagnac sauce & fresh orange garnish.
Fresh fish from Brixham Market, delivered to us from Samways Fish Merchants. Please ask for today's choice.
Oven cooked Mediterranean peppers, filled with a melange of savoury rice & vegetables. Finished with a herb tomato jus & cherry tomatoes, then topped with finely grated Italian hard cheese. ( Vegetarian )
Medallions of pork tenderloin, sauteed, garnished with sage & onion stuffing & an apple & red wine gravy.
Tender fillet of beef, cooked to your taste & complimented by a soft green peppercorn sauce.

Seasonal fresh fruit salad & fruit puree, finished with chantilly cream.
