Mediterranean Brie Salad (Vegetarian)
Sun dried & cherry tomatoes, olives, grapes & soft organic apricots, on fresh leaves & herbs, slivers of Somerset brie & a balsamic dressing.
Trio of Garlic Mushrooms (Vegetarian )
Shitake, Chestnut & Oyster mushrooms, pan fried in butter & garlic, wrapped in filo pastry & served with a mushroom, white wine & cream reduction.
Oak Smoked Salmon & King Prawns
Finest oak smoked salmon, succulent king prawns in a lime & fresh ginger dressing, serves wirh fresh lemon & a selection of breads.

Our own take on this classic dessert. Light & crisp choux pastry, filled with Cointreau Chantilly cream , drizzled with a rich dark chocolate sauce & finished with curls of white chocolate.

Our own sugar dusted pancakes,drizzled with pure Maple syrup & garnished with West Country Clotted Cream.
Brandy Snap Baskets
Sweet brandy snap basket, filled with organic vanilla ice cream & topped with caramel sauce.
