Caramelised Onion & Goats Cheese Tartlet
Served warm, a rich, butter, short crust pastry, filled with caramelised onions, topped with goats cheese & dressed with crisp leaves.
Scallops
Scallops, simply seared in truffle infused oil, served on crisp leaves topped with a sweet dressing.
Melon with Cointreau
Ripe Galia Melon, mixed with a little cointreau & dusted with icing sugar.
Waldorf Salad
Traditionally celery, apple, walnut & grapes, tossed in mayonnaise & served on mixed leaves.
Tiger Prawns
Huge tiger prawns, pan fried with olive oil, butter, fresh lime, fresh ginger & garlic & finally flamed in Brandy.

Succulent medallions of seared pork tenderloin, with a calvados cream sauce.
Fish of the Day
Rack of Lamb
Four bone rack of tender lamb, oven roasted, cooked pink & complimented with a redcurrant and rosemary jus.
Grilled Sea Bass
A whole 7-8oz side fillet of wild line caught Sea Bass, boned and grilled with herb & lemon butter, garnished with baby tomatoes and fresh herbs.
West Country Fillet Steak
Fine local tender beef fillet, approx 9oz, cooked to your taste and served with a port wine reduction.
Mushroom Stroganoff (Vegetarian)
A mixture of shitake, oyster & chestnut mushrooms, pan fried with onions & garlic, brandy & cream.
Complimented with a good selection of fresh vegetables

Pancakes, finished with an orange & brandy sauce, served with vanilla ice cream.
Profiteroles
This classic dessert of choux pastries, filled with softly whipped cream & covered with a rich dark chocolate sauce, then finished with grated chocolate.
