Proprietors John and Joyce Frampton take pride in providing their
guests with good food and hospitality. Working just as husband and wife team they really do provide personal service. John takes charge of front of house, greeting both old and new guests warmly, while Joyce delivers her culinary creations with flair and imagination.

Sashes is situated on the Sea Front in Minehead, amidst the thatched cottages of Quay Street and within yards of the West Somerset Coastal Path.

This unique restaurant was featured in the 2006 Somerset Food & Drink Guide and the Exmoor Food Festival in 2007.
